Manpreet believes holistic advocacy can be incredibly healing and may even help rebuild trust in others, which is often challenged or disrupted when one experiences interpersonal violence.
What does Manpreet do for self-care?: Manpreet enjoys walking her dog, learning to cook, having movie nights with friends, reading, watching her comfort shows (Modern Family, Brooklyn 99, Parks and Recreation, Abbott Elementary), and listening to the Conan O'Brien Needs a Friend podcast.
